Born in Spain, and raised in Central America, Zielke has become an influential part and contributor of the Dallas restaurant scene for over 10 years, Zielke’s restaurants have been recognized locally and nationally as being at the forefront of the local food movement. He resolutely believes that in today’s society, food and beverage are more than nourishment, but essential elements in building a community.

CLIFF WELCH, AIA

Cliff is a Dallas Architect whose work has been honored at the local and national levels. His background includes working with the late Dallas modernist Bud Oglesby, was a principal with Design International, and founded his own practice Welch Architecture in 2000. His focus has been modern architecture, concentrating on residential, interiors, and small scale commercial work. He has been a leading resource and proponent for the restoration and preservation of post-war modernism in Dallas.
