Architects Far+Dang have created an open and airy modern home focused on a low maintenance modern way of living. This home features tall ceilings, smooth walls and lots of expansive windows that flood the spaces with natural light. Urban Commons, the sister community to Urban Reserve is creating a new way to live in Dallas. The 10 acre site will place a priority on natural attributes including a pond, creek and water branch that traverses the property, a walking path and will feature 80 modern homes designed by some of the cities leading architects. Focus has been placed on people over cars limiting the streets and driveways resulting in about 40% of the community being common green space.
