Join us on Wednesday as we tour one of the longest-mothballed buildings in the West End. Wildcat Management developer Tanya Ragan will share the history of the “Purse” building that has been vacant for 25 years, and details plans for its reuse including cooperative workspace and a rooftop deck.

Originally built in 1905 as warehouse space for the Parlin and Orendorff Implement Co. (agricultural equipment), the building has become known as the Purse Building, for Purse & Company Wholesale Furniture which occupied it for decades. This building has long fascinated us all and you do not want to miss our special tour!
PARKING
Meter and lot parking is available around Elm, Market and Record Streets.
