An Evening at the Aldredge House

An Evening at the Aldredge House

Thursday, January 23 at 6:00 p.m.

Join AD EX for an evening at Historic Aldredge House, Dallas’ “newest” historic house museum in the Swiss Avenue Historic District.
We’ll begin with wine and cheese in this elegant French Eclectic house, built in 1917 for cattle baron, William Lewis. Next, architectural historian, Jann Mackey, PhD, and architect Wilson Fuqua, AIA, will present a lecture on the work of the architect of the house, Hal Thomson, who built mansions along Swiss Avenue and throughout Highland Park in the early 1990s. We will close out the evening with a tour of the house, offering a hands-on opportunity to see Thomson’s mastery.
Limited seating. Advance ticket purchase required. REGISTER HERE.
