From previous careers in financial services, insurance and an automobile franchise dealership, Wanda Hooten brings a wealth of practical, common-sense solutions to her role as an Associate with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. The local network of agents and the world-wide network of Sotheby’s brokerages allows her to locate homes in the Dallas areas and in other locales while marketing Dallas area homes very successfully. Her passion for excellence and genuine enjoyment of working to achieve the best results, coupled with seasoned negotiating skills enable her to navigate the complexities involved with buying and selling a home.

Prior to joining Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, various careers created the building blocks for a well-rounded perspective in her role as a REALTOR®. From banking and project management she brings organization, communication, and customer service excellence. Confidentiality and follow through are also skills she utilizes for client transactions. All these traits ensure each aspect of a transaction carries the correct degree of importance, stays on schedule, and progresses to closing.
