About Sheila Rice

A dedication to excellence, with a focus on ensuring client-based results, has made Sheila Rice a distinguished leader in Dallas area residential real estate.

Licensed in 1969, she was the top producer for listings sold and for total sales and listing production in the Henry S. Miller Residential Division in 1971. In January 1972 she became manager of their North Dallas office. As a vice President with Miller, she created an environment that attracted highly competent Realtors, resulting in a 28 year record of profitability.

She joined Virginia Cook, Realtors in 1999 and continued to build on that firm foundation.

Dedicated to the ideals of their Code of Ethics, Sheila served at the local, state and national levels of the Realtor organization. She was president of the Dallas Association of Realtors (now the MetroTex Association of Realtors) in 1995 and of North Texas Real Estate Information Systems in 2007.

As Supervising Broker and President of Engel & Völkers Dallas Park Cities, Sheila brings a rare combination of historical perspective and wide-ranging experience. Sheila sets clear, measurable objectives and devises pathways to successful implementation. A leader of exceptional ability, she finds inspiration in the demanding standards of world-acclaimed Engel & Völkers.
