About Michele Balady Beach

In 2009, Michele joined her mother and “The Balady-Beach Team” was formed. Michele attended St. Rita School and Ursuline Academy. She received her BA in Marketing and a minor in Spanish from Texas A&M University. While raising her family, Michele bought, remodeled and sold several homes. These endeavors allowed her to gain usable knowledge for working with homebuyers and helping them determine costs of renovations, updates or new construction. Michele has a thorough understanding of the market and it’s constantly changing industry. She is able to help customers determine their immediate costs of moving in or help plan for future renovations. This dedicated team provides a customer with a team that exhibits strength, thorough knowledge and dependability.

Michele has been recognized as “One of the Best Realtors in Dallas” by D Magazine since 2012, she is ranked in the Top 1% of agents nationwide.
