After a successful career in corporate finance, Kristen made the leap to real estate and hasn’t looked back. Her corporate background sets her apart in this highly competitive marketplace. During her Real Estate career, Kristen has earned her Graduate, Realtor Institute Designation and is a multi-year recipient of Top Producer Awards and D Magazine’s “D Best” Realtor. She is also a member of the Dallas Real Producers which represents the top 500 agents in Dallas.
A 20 plus year resident of DFW, she has first-hand knowledge of the area’s top schools, neighborhoods and hidden gems. As a member of the Allie Beth Allman Relocation team, this knowledge is critical to help clients who are relocating to the area. She takes the time to identify clients’ needs and find the perfect neighborhood in their new city. She also works with sellers to expertly prepare properties in order to minimize time on market and maximize sales price.
Born in St. Louis, Kristen attended Texas Christian University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in finance. While at TCU, she was an active member of her campus community and served as President of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Kristen later attended the Cox School of Business at SMU where she earned a Masters of Business Administration in finance and management consulting.
Kristen currently resides in Preston Hollow with her husband Jim and their three children. She is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Dallas and is in the Junior Group of The Marianne Scruggs Garden Club. Kristen currently serves on the Good Shepherd Episcopal School Parents’ Board, and previously served as President of the Saint Michael Episcopal School Board.
