Kate’s interest in real estate sparked early on. She worked her way through college before starting a marketing job with a luxury home builder. Impressed with her work, Kate’s boss suggested she pursue a career in real estate. She obtained her real estate license in 2003 and has been working in the business ever since.
In 2015 Kate joined a top producing real estate team in Dallas. Kate works hard to stay current on the rapidly changing Dallas market. Her extensive connections and membership in exclusive network groups provide her with the inside track on market knowledge and hip-pocket listings in Dallas’ hottest neighborhoods. Her social media and marketing skills help keep her listings and buyer needs in front of a large audience and the area’s top agents. Kate has been recognized as D Best Realtor and Top Producer by D Magazine, as well as Preston Hollow Top Producer based on MLS-reported sales volume.
Having worked with buyers and sellers at various price points and different areas of DFW Metroplex, Kate understands that every transaction is different and requires a customized plan for success. Kate works in the premier neighborhoods of Dallas and surrounding areas, including Preston Hollow, Midway Hollow, Park Cities, Uptown, East Dallas, North Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Southlake, and more. Wherever her clients take her, Kate goes the extra mile to make their goals a reality.
Married to a real estate executive, Kate enjoys living and raising her family in Dallas. She loves volunteering at her children’s schools, being active in the community and spending time with her family and friends. Kate has a unique perspective on the world and a passion for travel, new people and cultures.
Prior to moving to Dallas, Kate lived in Arizona for 15 years. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications from Arizona State University.
