Jay Magee joined Dave Perry-Miller & Associates, bringing with him years of experience acquired in the design industry and in the hospitality industry. Firsthand knowledge of different types of dwellings, be it loft living, condominiums, or single-family homes, allows Jay to guide the buyer or seller to an educated decision and a smooth transaction. Jay also looks forward to sharing his knowledge of design and architecture with his clients. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Jay was involved first in the design industry, as a fashion designer in New York City’s Seventh Avenue then in the hospitality industry as a restaurant owner-operator in Dallas.
