Janell is principal in a real estate investment company where she has been responsible for the purchase, renovation, and sales of several real estate projects. A number of her renovations have been featured on Candy’s Dirt, and in D Magazine. Her journey into real estate began over a decade ago in mortgage lending after being licensed as a Texas mortgage broker. Janell earned her bachelor’s degree from Dallas Baptist University and is passionate about real estate, and meeting clients needs.
