About Emily Carrigan

Emily Carrigan has been selling real estate in the Park Cities and surrounding areas for 30 years. Known for her relationship-building rapport, Emily maintains long-lasting relationships with her clients, often selling a family their starter home, their dream home and their “empty nester” home. She has been selling real estate long enough to now have the enjoyable experience of selling her clients’ children their first home. Emily was named one of the top real estate agents in Dallas by D Magazine.

Emily launched her real estate career with Ellen Terry Realtors, where she produced for 25 years, but prefers a boutique real estate business. Her success is attributed to the quality of customer care she offers. When you work with Emily Price Carrigan Properties you are working with Emily—not an assistant or fellow team member. Each of her clients receives the white glove treatment that has afforded Emily the ability to thrive in every real estate climate of her three-decade-long career.

Emily is a graduate in business of the University of Texas where she was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. She is a member of numerous nonprofit organizations in which she has served on many committees: Dallas Woman’s Club, Junior League of Dallas Sustainer, Junior Group of the Dallas Garden Club, The Women’s Auxiliary to the Children’s Medical Center, Down Syndrome Guild, and Junior Group of the Dallas Symphony (Past Chair of Deck the Halls Fundraiser). Emily volunteers at the Down Syndrome Clinic at Children’s Medical Center, and she is the Crime Watch Chairman for Arcady for the town of Highland Park.

Emily is a member of the Church of the Incarnation, an Episcopal church where she serves as a member of the Altar Guild and a Greeter.
