As a fourth-generation Park Cities resident and Dallasite, Diane DuVall has all of the connections to bring the right buyers and seller together.
Approaching real estate as the demanding full-time job that it is, Diane’s success is based on a combination of in-depth market knowledge, experience, determination, and most importantly, her genuine concern for the needs of her clients.
A strong believer in setting and surpassing goals, Diane’s commitment to customize her marketing approach for each property she sells ensures her clients the highest levels of personal care and attention to detail.
Acclaimed for her marketing expertise and negotiating skills, Diane exemplifies the ideal that every transaction results in a “win-win” situation. Selling clients can expect a unique and creative strategic marketing plan for their property that is effective, targeted, and complete in every detail, and buying clients find confidence in Diane’s innate ability to find the ideal property for them, whether it is on the market, or not. Astute at recognizing the sense of style, lifestyle and personal taste of the clients she serves, she is often able to identify the needs and desires of her clients before they do, themselves.
“I treat my clients as I would want to be treated myself,” says Diane, a graduate of Highland Park High School and the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. “Developing strong, lasting relationships with my clients, as well as with my colleagues, is the true measure of success to me.”
Diane’s past experience in business and professional marketing has been integral to her success in the real estate business. With an impressive track record for creating innovative marketing systems to attract clients, her meticulous research skills, her vast circle of friends from age 20 to 90 plus, and her utmost sensitivity to confidentiality continue to contribute to her professional success. She also attributes her success to her extensive involvement in leadership roles for charitable organizations, which she says are “some of the most rewarding and memorable experiences in my life”.
When not working, Diane enjoys spending time with her family and friends and two Vizslas.
Giving back to the community is also very important to Diane. Some organizations that have benefited from her energy and expertise include Park Cities Presbyterian Church, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Cattle Baron’s Ball, The March of Dimes, and The Leukemia Society.
