A third-generation Dallas real estate professional, Cindy returned to her real estate roots in 2007 after a successful career as an estate-planning attorney. Her multifaceted expertise as a counselor, researcher, and negotiator forms the bedrock of her approach, allowing her to assess clients’ needs, provide comprehensive property analyses, and adeptly navigate negotiations to ensure successful deals. Notably, Cindy goes above and beyond for her sellers, leveraging her keen eye for design through her staging business, Bruner Interiors, to present each property in its most captivating light.

A member of the Bruner Parker Group at Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, Cindy and her real estate partner, Bo Parker, represent a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from the owners of some of the most exclusive Park Cities and Preston Hollow homes to first-time home buyers.

Cindy is a lifelong resident of the Park Cities, where she and her husband, David, have raised four children and continue to be active members of the community. She is a member of the Dallas Woman’s Club, the Dallas Garden Club, Preservation Park Cities and Highland Park United Methodist Church. Her professional affiliations include membership in National, Texas and MetroTex Association of Realtors, the Texas Bar and the Dallas Bar Association.
