Cindi is a Texas native and has cultivated a diverse expertise in the DFW real estate market, as well as markets across Texas and the US.

Over the past 20 years, she has served her clients diligently, delivering a full-concierge experience through her extraordinary real estate practice. Cindi has become a trusted local expert in the booming Dallas high-rise scene, as the co-listing agent of HALL Arts Residences, an exclusive high-rise in the Dallas Arts District.

In 2020, Cindi partnered with her daughter, Alli Caudle Bush, to form Caudle Real Estate Group at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. They’ve closed over $100 million in transactions and have been named to D Magazine’s D Best Real Estate Team every year.

Cindi and her husband, Craig Caudle, are proud to be a part of a multi-generational Dallas family and know the city by heart. Outside of real estate, Cindi enjoys interior design, cooking and spending time with her family — Craig, Alli and her husband Andy Bush along with son Corbin & daughter-in-law Maggie. She’s involved in the arts, education, church and volunteer communities.
