Beverly Pitchford merges her experience in multiple facets of real estate with her passion for helping people.
Having graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a B.A. in psychology, she now uses that field of study to enhance her natural people skills. She leverages her understanding of psychology and interpersonal influence to benefit clients through savvy and successful negotiations.
Beverly gained more than 20 years of experience with real estate transactions and litigation in her work as a paralegal. She was also directly involved in negotiating real estate purchases as a Right-of-Way Agent for a national company that acquires properties for public use. After that, she briefly worked as a sales agent for a prominent home builder in Phoenix.
Tenacity is something that Beverly prides herself on. She diligently pursues her clients’ goals by crafting individualized strategies based on thorough market research. Patience is another of her strengths-she knows firsthand as a buyer that purchasing a home can involve viewing many properties until “the one” surfaces. Alternatively, she will assist her clients in finding the perfect piece of land on which to build. The same tenacity and patience pay dividends when Beverly lists a home for sale.
Beverly has represented a variety of clients ranging from the first time homebuyer to those who have purchased many homes, including young professionals, doctors, lawyers, and CEO’s. Her transactions have ranged from $120,000 to $7,500,000. She firmly believes that all clients deserve the highest level of service and personal attention.

“Beverly is the best realtor I’ve ever used and this is my 5th house purchase. I can’t say enough about how amazing, knowledgeable and dynamic she is on so many levels. She made the process a joy.” Debbie Archer
“Our experience with Beverly included not only relocating to a new city, but also a new build. She was quite knowledgeable about the many different Dallas neighborhoods. When we decided on a project that was in the process of being completed, Beverly was with us every step of the way. She is very detail oriented and anticipates questions/issues that could arise even before we thought of them. She is pleasant, easy to work with and is a good listener. These qualities partnered with her can do spirit and work ethic is how Beverly found the perfect home for us.” Gwen and Doug Parker
“Beverly is an asset to Briggs Freeman and is not only very professional but also very pleasant to work with, very patient, and very sensitive to our needs.” Dr. Emilia Popa
“Bev is terrific. She skillfully guided us through three transactions-a purchase, a sale, and another purchase-in nine months, as our Dallas requirements changed radically. Thanks to Bev and everyone at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s.” Steve and Donna Johnson
“Beverly has always gone above and beyond being a great realtor when it came to buying and selling our properties. She has handled several transactions for us in the past five years. We look forward to having her as our representative when we sell our personal residence in the future.” D. and M. Devolt
“Bev is an excellent agent and I have personally recommended her to countless friends and colleagues. When I moved to Dallas, I had little experience with the Dallas real estate market. Luckily, I met Bev shortly after my move and immediately trusted her to guide me through the home-buying process. As my tastes and income changed over the course of many months, Bev was consistently ready with a list of properties to visit on short notice-seven days a week. The property I ultimately purchased was one I had summarily eliminated from my search but reconsidered upon Bev’s urging. While patient during the search process, Bev proved to be a shrewd and aggressive negotiator once my home was under contract. Additionally, Bev’s interest in my satisfaction did not end after closing. Since I moved in, she has recommended contractors, furniture vendors and landscapers. She makes a concerted effort to cultivate a relationship with her clients that extends beyond a single transaction. Due to this effort, I will certainly enlist Bev’s assistance for my next home purchase.” Mike Chiusano
“Bev worked tirelessly to be sure we found the perfect house for us in the neighborhood we like best. She’s fantastic!” Paul and Kathy Jones
“I recommend Beverly for many reasons. She listened to my needs and was helpful in providing suggestions of neighborhoods that I had not yet considered. She is connected in the community, is professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. She gave me the opportunity to see a wide variety of homes and she found the right one for me!” A. Murray
“Beverly is the ultimate professional and an outstanding real estate agent. She went above and beyond to help us make a great deal when we went through the process of selling our first family home. She then put her full repertoire of skills on display by helping us find and make an excellent deal on a dream home for our family. She proved to be a fierce negotiator and worked tirelessly before and after closing to make sure everything was as seamless as possible. Not only that, but she has become a dear friend. We can’t recommend her highly enough!” Kris and Michelle Hill
“Purchasing a home, especially a first home, is a very nerve racking ordeal. However, Beverly made the process very easy and even enjoyable. When we initially interviewed realtors, we felt as if we weren’t being heard, and were instead being pushed in a direction that the realtors wanted us to pursue. That was not the case with Beverly. Beverly has many qualities, but what drew us to her, was her easy-going nature. We felt comfortable in being open and honest with Beverly regarding our likes and dislikes, and wants and needs (even if they were moving targets at times). We never felt as if she was pushing an agenda, and we came to rely on her good instincts and judgement. She tenaciously searched for homes on our behalf but never overwhelmed us with options that she knew wouldn’t fit our needs. During the final sales process, Beverly worked to ensure that we were at all times informed and comfortable with the process. Her knowledge and experience within the industry is second to none, and she made herself available at all hours to answer any questions and helped us to think strategically in regards to our negotiations. Again, in the negotiation process we never felt that Beverly was pushing an agenda, whether it be a higher price or a quick sale. We were confident that she was always working in our best interests. Working with Beverly was an absolute pleasure, and we hope to work with her again!” Neha and Manish
