About Bart Thrasher

A degreed design professional and Dallas native, Bart Thrasher has over 20 years of experience in the design-build and remodeling industry, bringing a unique set of skills to the table as a Realtor. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1997, he began designing and building homes and additions all over Dallas. He then went on to specialize in custom modern & historic woodwork, cabinetry, and furniture, becoming a master carpenter.

As a Realtor, he utilizes this unique background for each of his real estate transactions. Much as an architect would approach the design & construction of a home, he takes care to understand the client’s wishes & goals, pays strict attention to the details, utilizing creative problem solving & critical research to provide comprehensive real estate solutions.

Bart is certified as a Preservation Dallas Advanced Historic Home Specialist. Since 2016, he has served on the Board of the Oak Cliff Society of Fine Arts, a non-profit focused on elevating Art, History and Culture in Dallas. His main duty has been overseeing the restoration and remodel of the famed Turner House at 401 N. Rosemont Avenue. He currently serves as the Board’s Vice President.

As a Realtor, Bart brings all these skills and knowledge to the table, combined with an easy personality and a bit of humor to make the real estate process enjoyable. Call Bart today to help make your real estate dreams come true!
