From Lot Acquisition & Demolition, to Design & Construction, the Avant Group will build the dream home you’ve always wanted, with high-quality design & craftsmanship at fixed price per square foot.

• Turn Key Service where Clients select a plan, a size and location within the budget, then sign a contract using the Base Construction Price and the anticipated Lot Price. Client then deposits 10% of that total in escrow where it is refundable for 60 days. Iconic Real Estate will then, locate and contract on lots and present to the Client. After 60 days if a lot has not been identified and mutually agreed upon, then the Client will receive a full refund of their deposit or extend and continue to look.
• Avant Group will purchase the lot and allow the Client to finance the lot with the Construction Loan.
• Their fixed prices are based on total air conditioned area and do not increase due to supply chain disruptions or price increases. You lock in your base construction prices with a signed contract, and the only increase in the price is from upgrades selected by the Client.
• 3 distinct options for the design and build process that allows you as little or as much input as you need.
