Art Walk West

The 9th Annual Art Walk West, presented by the West Dallas Chamber of Commerce, will take place Saturday, October 21. Explore the West Dallas creative movement with a self-guided tour and enjoy a performance by live bands. From live art mural paintings to a variety of studio and gallery exhibits, it will be a celebration of local art that you won’t want to miss!
What is Art Walk West?
A celebration of the creative culture in West Dallas. The 9th annual Art Walk aspires to create a community connection through the arts while also lifting artistic voices
Where?
A variety of virtual and in-person stops in West Dallas’ Trinity Groves and the Tin District. A map and program will be available for Art Walkers.

Why?
West Dallas has one of the city’s largest concentration of artists and art studios, many of whom are in the emerging Tin District. Art enthusiasts are welcome to experience this thriving creative movement at the foot of the iconic Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge.
Attendees are encouraged to start their tour at 2715 Bataan Street, which is the center of the day’s activities. This is also where they can pick up a free map & program of the schedule of events. Stops on the Art Walk West map include Tin District artist studios, West Dallas art spaces and galleries, Art Park at Trinity Groves, the Fabrication Yard (Dallas’ only legal graffiti zone), and 10 new public mural works created as part of the week-long Wild West Mural Fest. There will be a craft tent provided by the AT&T Performing Arts Center and ArtsBridge—Powered by Toyota. Also some of West Dallas’ most important artists and galleries will be participating, including Sweet Pass Sculpture Park, Cluley Projects, Ro2Art, 500x, Daisha Board Gallery, Funky Fun Studios, prp Gallery.
