About Alicia Schroeder

D Magazine Best Real Estate Agent, Texas Monthly 5-Star Award recipient, Advocate Top Realtor for several consecutive years, Alicia has been featured multiple times by the Dallas Business Journal, Dallas Morning News and ABC (local channel 8) as a market expert.

Prior to entering the Texas real estate market, she spent several years in finance and banking at American Express and the FDIC and maintains an active real estate license in Massachusetts. During her time in finance, Alicia developed excellent negotiation and strategy skills, but if you ask her clients, they will tell you her expertise is getting to the heart of what matters most to them and securing a “win” through collaboration. She has been awarded for her ethics in leadership and is a regular traveler on “the high road.”

She strives to turn each transaction into a smooth transition by developing trust and adding value, ultimately creating a lifelong relationship. As much as she enjoys working with and educating first-time buyers, she is equally energized and excited when working with investors or seasoned buyers and sellers. Alicia encourages her clients to take a more modern-day approach to the old cliché “location, location, location” by focusing instead on location, lifestyle and layout. As Dallas and its surrounding neighborhoods continue to expand and evolve, so too have the needs of her clients. “Recognizing that each client has a unique goal and a different understanding about the buying and selling process, I prefer to take a holistic and very hands-on approach.”

Easily described as enthusiastic, Alicia is engaged in all aspects of the DFW real estate community. She is a past Director of the MetroTex Association of Realtors and has served on and chaired numerous committees: Leadership, Budget & Finance, Charitable Trust, MLS and Public Education.

She strongly supports the local business community and is fiercely passionate about giving back on a personal level. Her commitment to childhood education coupled with a joy for cooking led her to join the Momentum Society, part of Café Momentum’s commitment to “Eat. Drink. And Change Lives.” Alicia has also been an unwavering supporter of the North Texas Food Bank, participating quarterly with the 6-week Cooking Matters program.

Although raised in Dallas, Alicia spent many years in New England where she gained an understanding that preservation is as important as growth and development. To that end, she is a long-time volunteer and past member of the board at Preservation Dallas and served as the Chair of Membership and Development for the organization. She is actively engaged with and serves as Treasurer for her local Delta Delta Delta alumnae chapter and is a supporting member of her neighborhood association.

If you’re looking for an agent who has her finger on the pulse of the city, look no further. Alicia is dedicated, driven by results, motivated by success and inspired by her clients!
