AD EX Republic Tower Building Tour
Friday, October 11 // 5-7pm
Visit the largest and most impressive aluminum clad building in the nation. Dallas’ own mid-century masterpiece, Republic Tower. This tour explores its many exterior features and brilliant materiality. See the old bank vault and the famous gold-leaf mezzanine. The tour will also take you through the Dallas pedestrian network (‘The Tunnels’) and Thanksgiving Square where we can admire the N. Ervay elevations famous “Rocket” spire. The tour ends with a skyline view from the roof of Gables Tower 1.
This tour begins at 10:00 a.m. at the entrance to the AD EX located at the corner of N. St. Paul Street and Pacific Avenue. The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes and is held rain or shine.
Reservations and payment must be made in advance. Due to the necessity of scheduling docents, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate walk-ups.
If your plans change and you are unable to attend, you may transfer ticket to another date. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate refunds.
