Meet at 5414 Ursula Lane, Dallas, TX 75229

Preservation Dallas and the Dilbeck Conservancy invite you to stop by on Wednesday evening, February 22nd, for an informal look at this newly-discovered ‘Dilbeck’ built for Sam Lobello Jr. and his family in 1949.

Designed by Charles Stevens Dilbeck in his signature Texas Ranch style, the house displays characteristic features of the architect, evolved from his early 1930s work. Lobello was a restauranteur and a developer of Preston Center, along with many Dilbeck-designed speculative houses.

Space for this Open House is extremely limited.

Dilbeck Conservancy members are encouraged to RSVP through the Dilbeck Conservancy Evite link, to allow space for Preservation Dallas members and the general public to RSVP through EventBrite.

Note: This is an occupied home. Adjacent parking is on the South side of Ursula Lane ONLY and is very limited; carpooling, or parking on an adjacent block, is suggested.
