// ame, the Japanese word for rain, represents the first collaboration between Studio Paolo Ferrari and Hiroko Takeda. Inspired by the rich heritage of garment making and the origins of textiles, the collaboration is characterized by the properties inherent in the natural and technical. Inspired by the mino, an example of early Japanese rain gear, Ame Natural features soft curves in wool upholstery with an outer layer clothed in an original hand woven textile.
